North Carolina

Every time I talk to Daddy on the phone, I get the same response to my question 'Where are you Dadda?'
He always says 'I'm in my room at North Carolina Rheu'. He doesn't call it a house because after all house is where the family is :)

Me & Mamma usually spend Thursday evenings waiting for Daddy to come home. But this Thursday (July 28) Mamma & Rheu went to the airport. I was so thrilled! I did a great job at the security check in - helped Mamma by removing my shoes without any help, keeping it in the tray and so on. After 2+ hours of being a good gal in the airplane, I finally landed at North Carolina and there he was - My Daddy waiting for his little princess :)

And then we reached Daddy's room. Since it was a little late in the night, I had some pizza and slept off. But the next day was when the real fun began.

It was only in the morning I realized that his apartment was way up high - on the 27th floor! The biggy biggy trucks appeared so tiny from the balcony.

The entire day, all I did was running around with Daddy in the apartment. It was so much fun. In the evening we went to a mall, had our dinner and came back. The next day we decided to do a little more than just running around. We went to a safari.
The brave child in me came out within no time, which is a rarity. I saw deer, zebra, ducks, Llamas and so many animals at such close proximity.

The second most exciting part was that Dadda & me fed the Girrafe. It was unbelievable!

The most exciting part was my first time behind the wheels. There were hardly any cars around us and the speed limit was 5mph, so I was safe :)

On our way back home we saw Daddy's Office - The Ally Bank.

Although the giraffe was out of my sight it wasnt out of my mind. I got my first nightmare!! In the middle of the night I was up and started shivering. On asking multiple times I finally confessed that the Giraffe was here, right on the bed, next to me. And there was no way I was going back to sleep on that bed. How can I forget the sight of that scary Giraffe?!?

But these were the best 3 days....turning Dadda's room into a house.
I love you Daddy :)
